First of all, Tucker is doing so great with potty training. We are in big boy pants all the time except at night. I'm so proud of how good he is doing. For the most part he really is a sweet little boy. Today Tuck and I had to go to Target to get some more video tapes because we used up all the tape for our video camera last Friday night when we were video taping him saying his ABCs, saying the blessing, counting to 10, dancing, etc.
We walk in Target and I asked him if he wanted to walk on his own or ride in the buggy. He informed me that he would like to walk but that he would keep his hands behind his back. So we are walking along (just beyond the entrance) and in a very excited voice says, "Mommy would it be okay if we check out Target's toy cowection (collection)." I lost it, right there in the front of the store I am just laughing hysterically. Needless to say, we checked out Target's cowection before we left.

Junior League Poinsettias
This year i joined the Junior League of Lee County. Every year, the Junior League has a Poinsettia sale to raise money that goes right back into our community and the poinsettias are beautiful. I have purchased them for the last 2 year and have never been disappointed in them.
Here are the options for this year
10 inch pots in red, pink, white, or marble are $20 each.
6 1/2 inch pots in red, pink, white, or marble are $10 each.
Poinsettias will be in on Friday, November 20th (the weekend before Thanksgiving). I can deliver them to you on Friday or you can pick them-up if you would rather on Saturday or Sunday at Dean Road Recreation Center (307 South Dean Road).
I will need to collect your money by Saturday, October 17th.

Letter A and Sunglasses
Those of you who know me, know that I am not creative what so ever. I can follow instructions and I can come up with some of my own ideas after I see what some one else has done. I guess you could say I have to have a pattern to follow but then I can think of ways to add my own touch or "bling" up the pattern.
With Tuck though, I have worked on being more "boyish" and not so "blingish" when it comes to things for him.
I found this on a blog I read and thought Tuck and I could handle this.
Letter "A"
Tucker colored it "A"pple red and then he glued "A"ubie on there.
He asked me, "Mommy can we do "T" for Tucker and tractor and train?" I promised him that we could do that as soon as we got there but we have a little ways to go in the alphabet before we get there.
Tucker has new sunglass that Cooney and CC bought him. He loves that they are Mickey Mouse and will quickly point it out to you.

Metallic can be worn alone for a fashionable fall/winter look.

My Sweet Growing Boy
Tuck informed us he was making himself a house (out of the pillows from our bed). Chance and I were talking and next thing we know, we look over at Tuck and he is sound asleep in "his house"
Tuck is always talking and telling us something to keep us laughing. Here are his latest words of wisdom..
1. Last Tuesday we were snuggling in the bed watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and I was hugging and kissing on him and he was hugging and kissing me back and said, "I love my sweet girl." I just died laughing because I hug on him and kiss on him alot and say, "O, I love my sweet boy." He is such a little sponge just soaking up everything.
2. Last Friday I was telling him how he was becoming such a big boy and I was so proud of him. I then said even though your my big boy now you will always be momma's baby. Tucker informed me, "Mommy I am a big boy today but maybe tomorrow I can be your baby again."
3. Today he informed me out of the blue that it wasn't good to lie and that he wouldn't lie to his mommy. (Hope he remembers this as a teenager.)
P.S. I am so proud of him. He is doing great on his big boy potty!!
